One of the most beautiful and creative cakes that I’ve seen are these gems from Marta’s Cakes in Serendra. Colorful and unique they simply pop out like little pretty jewels. Sometimes they’re just too cute to eat! These beauties are simply perfect for little theme parties.
The taste of the cupcakes are OK. I personally prefer the taste of Sonja’s cupcakes but these cupcakes are better than most cupcakes sold in the metro plus they’re soooo cute. They’re soft and not to dry, I didn’t feel overwhelmed by the buttercream. I’d compare their taste and consistency to cuptails.

I love the concept of the store. You choose your cupcakes and you can decorate it! Wow! This is such a fun activity especially for kids and the best part is you get to eat it. Wonderful! The price is really cheap pa P35 lang compared to some P100 cupcakes.

One thing that got me irritated though was the fact that someone called my attention na “bawal po mag picture mam.” Hello!!! I really don’t understand why some establishments don’t allow photo’s of their food. I mean c’mon, bloggers actually bring customers! Intellectual Property? COME ON, GIVE ME A BREAK. However, your cupcakes are cute so I’ll give you a break on this minor irritation.

I did a review about Marta’s Cakes in September or October last year. That time, that pair of slippers and fashionista themed cake weren’t there yet. Marta is so full of good ideas! Btw, the pink cupcake blends well with your book.
